Refund Policy

The Mississippi State Medical Association maintains the following Refund/Cancellation policies:

MSMA Membership Dues
Membership dues payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Duplicate Payments and Overpayment Refunds
We work diligently to identify duplicate payments or overpayments of membership dues and to refund them to our members as quickly as possible. If you identify a duplicate payment or overpayment that has not been refunded, please notify MSMA immediately.

Live Programs and Conferences
Refund/Cancellation policies for live programs are program-specific. Please contact Becky Wells at 601-853-6733 ext. 340 or [email protected] for refund details related to the appropriate program. Fees paid for live programs and conferences are nontransferable.

Online CME, Webinars, and other Digital Products
MSMA is able to modify your purchase within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, however, we are unable to make changes and we do not offer refunds for Online CME, Webinars, and other Digital Products. Courses where credit has been claimed will not be refunded. Fees paid for Online CME, Webinars, and other Digital Products are nontransferable.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

Please allow 2-3 weeks processing for approved credit card refunds and 4-6 weeks processing for approved check refunds.
