* If you are the spouse of a physician in training (medical student, resident, fellow) your state alliance dues are FREE! Simply contact MSMA Alliance at 601-853-6733 to become a member.

Who we are...what we do

The Alliance supports the advancement of medical information and promotes harmony between physicians, communities and medicine friendly legislators. We help to impact medical policy, improve the health of adults and children through public health education and enrich our communities through various health service projects. Through the Alliance, physicians’ spouses truly make a difference.

Membership Dues for the MSMA Alliance are:

  • Local - $25
  • State - $40
  • National - $65

Membership in the MSMA Alliance is offered as follows: 

  • Regular Member - spouse, widow, or widower of a physician, fellow, or resident. Any past president of the MSMA Alliance will retain full membership privileges.
  • Medical Student Spouse Member - spouse of a student enrolled in a medical school approved by the AMA.
  • Physician Member - physician.  Physician members are not required to be a member of the MSMA.

MSMA Alliance Scholarship Fund

Your 100% tax deductible donation will benefit*:

  • University of MS School of Medicine scholarships;
  • William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine scholarship;
  • MS Rural Physicians Scholarship Program; and,
  • John McRae MD Memorial Family Fund of the MPHP (MS Physicians Health Program).
 

You may also pay by check. Please make checks payable to MSMAA Scholarship Fund.  You may indicate your designation in the memo line.  If no designation is listed your donation will be split among the 4 funds.  Mail your checks to:
