Kathy Whitmire, Regional Vice President for the Southeast Division of National Rural Accountable Care Consortium

Kathy's responsibilities as RVP include physician recruitment, oversight of continuous quality improvement for the Transforming Clinical Practices Initiative's (TCPI), building the Practice Transformation Network (PTN) of physician practices and clinics in the Southeast and leading them through transformation from volume-based to value-based care payment models utilizing funding from CMS TCPI. She served as Managing Director of a rural hospital network serving more than 70 hospital members and their affiliated clinics and physician practices in the Southeast for 15 years.
