Kathy Wade-Butler

Kathy Wade-Butler is an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of the Mississippi State Medical Association. Previously, Kathy worked as the Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor and Associate Vice Chancellor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is also a certified Notary Public, State of Mississippi.

Kathy is responsible for managing the calendars, schedules, and communications of the Executive Director, MSMA President and MSMA Board of Trustees.  Her duties include prioritizing emails, phone calls, hosting virtual meetings, gathering documents to prepare for meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, travel expense reports, preparation of meeting minutes and other various reports.
